How to do anti-static work of photo machine in winter
The dry climate in winter is prone to annoying static electricity. If the photo printer encounters static electricity when printing, the ink droplets ejected from the nozzle will change in flight direction before reaching the printing material, causing a paste phenomenon. If this phenomenon is not solved for a long time, the electrostatic voltage on the photo machine will reach 6~10V, which is likely to cause damage to the nozzle.
We can find out how to improve from the following aspects:
1: Be sure to take the grounding problem seriously. The main method: 0.5m2 copper plate should be welded 4mm2 copper wire buried in the wet soil below 1.5m ground, and the salt water should be poured. It is best to use the entire line for the ground wire, do not have connectors, and have good contact with the machine;
2: The humidity around the machine reaches 40~60% relative humidity. In this way, if the printed material generates static electricity, it will be transmitted from the air without affecting the ink droplets on the nozzle. Antistatic gloves, finger sleeves, coated gloves, etc. Grounding is an anti-static grid curtain. The standard for purchasing industrial humidifiers is not to consume less than 4 liters per hour. If the ventilation is good, try to choose a humidifier with a water consumption of 6 liters/hour.
3: It is also possible to use static brush to solve static electricity;
4: Try to keep the indoor temperature constant;
5: Pay attention to changes in temperature and humidity when performing air ventilation in the operation room;
6: Using a higher viscosity ink, the antistatic effect will be better. The principle is that the larger the ink droplet weight, the smaller the electrostatic effect;
7: Supporting the installation of static eliminator, this method is the best, and can solve the static problem best.
