One: Is it true that all of the nozzles are inked? If this is the case, it is estimated that it is a negative pressure problem. It may be that the negative pressure is low. At this time, the negative pressure can be adjusted to the state of not being inked.
Two: The partial nozzle is inked, for example, one of the red or blue inks. If this is the case, it can be determined that there is no problem with the negative pressure system of the whole machine. It may be that the negative pressure of the individual nozzles is leaking or the filter has problems. The ranking method is to remove the air pipe of the negative pressure valve, and then fold it in half, do not let the air intake. At this time, see if the ink nozzle of the nozzle is facing downwards. If there is, it is a leaking gas or a problem with the filter, generally by replacing the filter. The device can be solved. If it is not, the valve is leaking, check the valve connection.
