It is not possible to insert or remove the nozzle in violation of the power. It can only be operated after selecting the “Access ink cartridge” item or disconnecting the power supply.
Before using the new nozzle, use a syringe to inject 20ml of ink into the nozzle and then install it.
The ink in the ink cartridge should be guaranteed to be more than 1/3. If it is insufficient, it should be replenished in time. The height of the ink should not exceed 2/3.
When replacing the nozzle, be sure to prevent air leakage between the nozzle and the ink tube, and be sure to clean the air bubbles in the ink tube.
The default settings for the photo machine are not allowed for non-professionals.
The ground wire of the machine and computer must be connected and checked regularly to ensure that the static electricity can be eliminated in time.
The grating strip should be inspected frequently to see if it is clean and damaged. If it is dirty, clean it with a cotton swab and alcohol.
The optical axis should be checked frequently to see if it is clean. If it is dirty, wipe it with a paper towel to reduce the resistance to the car.
Regularly check the white data cable for wear. Whenever you install it, be sure to attach it to the track of the white data cable with a cold laminating film.
Regularly check and clean the maintenance station. Do not leave the sprinklers exposed to the air for long periods of time leaving the service station.
Ensure a certain temperature and humidity in the workplace. (15 ° C -35 ° C, 10% -70% relative humidity, non-condensing state) The ambient temperature is kept at room temperature (about 22 degrees Celsius), with a certain humidity, the dust is as small as possible.
Regularly maintain the machine to reduce the impact of dust, ink, etc. on the machine. The specific items and time are as follows:
1. Wipe the ink cartridge (small ink head). Clean every week, remove and rinse with water.
2. Do not remove the ink pad and return it properly. The grating strip is cleaned every week. Observe it daily, swab + distilled water or alcohol. The contact piece of the ink head is inspected daily to ensure no ink stain.
3. Do not push the ink cart too much.
4. Preventing excessive alcohol may dissolve the mounting glue of the microcircuit.
Do not plug or unplug the print cable. Otherwise, the motherboard will be damaged.
Note: Oily inks cannot be used, oily and corrosive to the ink supply system and block the ink head. Original ink is your best choice. Cannot be mixed.
Note: Do not wipe the nozzle of the ink head. If there is ink, it can be wiped off with a cloth that is not depilated or a good quality paper towel. Otherwise, the ink hole may be blocked.
Note: The machine must be connected to the ground wire; when the air is dry, the static problem can not be ignored. When using some adhesive and light film media, it is more electrostatically charged (especially when the paper feeding speed is fast); The machine and the ink head are safely damaged. It is the only way to remove the static electricity by using the grounding wire. Since the human body is a huge static power source, ensure that the hands are discharged when the ink head is operated (contact with the grounded metal body or wear static electricity).
