1. Print small word measurement accuracy
Regardless of the model of the UV flatbed printer, the most basic condition required is the printing accuracy. The test printing accuracy method is: printing on the full-page A4 paper with the PS printing No. 3 word. Clear print, no ghosting is not a vague product. If there is a ghost image, the vibration of the printer during the printing process is too large, which is caused by the unreasonable structural design, so that the force of the printer head cannot be decomposed and released.
2. Repeated print performance
If the reprinting position is not correct, the scrap rate will increase. It is especially important to choose a printer with stable performance. The method is: print the well word, repeat printing 10 times, and look at it with 40 times magnifying glass. If it is coincident, the equipment is qualified. Or directly test the position of the sleeve with silk screen. First print the blue dot, then print the red on the blue basis, and look at it with a 40x magnifying glass. If you can't see the blue color, the machine has high precision.
Three. Quadrilateral diagonal equal length
In the printable range of the UV flatbed printer, print a rectangular frame. After printing, the length of the diagonal with the ruler is the same. According to the rule of the diagonal of the quadrilateral, if the diagonal is equal, this is a standard. Rectangular, if not equal, then it is not a rectangle, it is a diamond or a trapezoid. If the printed unequal length, that is to say, the printed rectangle has been seriously moved, and the printing accuracy is not up to the qualified requirement.
