1. Each time the car is turned off to ensure that the car is reset, that is, the ink stack on the far right side of the nozzle, the ink pad and the metal surface of the nozzle are attached to prevent the air from entering the nozzle and causing the ink to dry up, causing the plug.
2. If the machine is stopped for more than 3 days: Prepare a bottle of cleaning liquid or moisturizing liquid, and clamp the waste ink tube under the ink stack with a clip (this is to prevent ink from flowing back or dripping ink), and drop a few drops of cleaning liquid on the ink pad to ensure The spray head is in a moisturizing state.
3. Stop for about 2 weeks: Prepare the plastic wrap, cut a small piece, and lay it on the ink pad. Be sure to flatten it, drop a few drops of cleaning solution, then let the nozzle reset and shut down.
4. If the machine is stopped for more than 1 month: It is best to remove the nozzle, draw out the ink inside the nozzle, and then wash the cleaning solution and wrap it in plastic wrap. (Do not let the ink and cleaning fluid flow, do not flow into the data line slot). Cleaning is normal and inevitable is the most effective way to prevent plugging!
Before the new year comes back to use: check whether the circuit and parts have been damaged by the mouse. After confirming that there is no problem, turn the ink station down and turn it off. Push the car to the left to discard the plastic wrap. Push the cart back to the middle and turn on the cleaning nozzle to check if the nozzle is normal.
