After printing the pattern on the UV flatbed, some customers need to use varnish in order to extend the durability of the outdoor pattern or need special highlighting effect. The varnish in the UV flatbed is a special post-press process. However, if it is used improperly, there will be bubbles, dissolution, etc. Let's share with you how to solve the blistering of the UV tablet:
1: Clean up the impurities on the surface of the substrate;
2: Keep the paint properly and prevent it from getting into the water;
3: Increase the amount of varnish used on the surface of some particularly rough substrates;
4: Adjust and control the indoor temperature so that it is preferably between 20° and 40°, and the humidity is between 25% and 80%;
5: Adjust the ratio of proportion, the ratio of blending between different varnishes is different, and the problem can be solved according to the operation requirements and the ratio of blending provided by the manufacturer.
