1: The image of the UV tablet is blurred and there is a defect in the image; the reason is that the fineness of the spray nozzle is not properly adjusted, and the ink jet resolution is not matched with the gray cloth. In the printing process, as the nozzle moves left and right, and the nozzle also has a certain height from the fabric, a parabola is formed at a certain angle. As a result, the boundary of the UV tablet pattern is blurred, the precision is poor, and the color is not bright enough. So when we adjust the nozzle to the right height when printing, these problems are naturally solved.
2: The color level in the pattern is not rich enough; the phenomena that appear are: two strokes in the pattern, the transition of the layer is not natural enough, the expression of the tone is not strong, and the level is relatively smooth. These reasons are due to improper dye ink or embryo. Cloth is not suitable, so replace the ink and the cloth. Moreover, the UV flatbed printing changes the color gradation by the number of sprayed droplets. As a jet print of the dot drawing, it is no problem to express the dark color with a high dot density, but sometimes it may make people feel that the hierarchy is a bit poor.
