Reason 1: The UV tablet machine nozzle is broken;
Solution: Print the test strip to check the condition of the nozzle. If it is found to be blocked or faint, it is necessary to clean the passage of the nozzle to keep it open;
Reason 2: The distance between the nozzles of the UV flatbed is too high, and the reasonable height is generally less than 10cm. The jet force of different nozzles is between 1mm and 20mm from the substrate. If the spray range of the nozzle itself is exceeded, Will cause flying ink phenomenon;
Solution: reduce the distance between the nozzle and the substrate;
Reason 3: The printer electronic control system, the electronic control system controls the pulse spacing of the nozzle ignition is unreasonable;
Solution: need technical staff to solve it;
Reason 4: The voltage of the UV tablet nozzle is too high, and the voltage displayed on the head panel indicator is red or light; if this happens, the voltage of the nozzle needs to be reduced;
Solution: If it is a modified circuit board, you need to change the circuit;
Cause 5: Static electricity generated during printing, when the environment is dry and the humidity is low, static electricity is generated, causing static electricity between the nozzle and the material;
Solution: Add ground wire and add static bar;
