Reason one: the accumulation of impurities in the UV ink in the UV flatbed printer nozzle blocks the nozzle


This is a common way of blocking. Most users consider short-term cost-effectiveness, save money from consumables, and use some UV inks produced by small manufacturers. However, due to the backwardness of ink purification technology, impurities are mostly, half a month. The left and right time will cause excessive precipitation of impurities and block the nozzle.


Solution: It is recommended to use the original UV ink or the quality UV ink recommended by the manufacturer.


Reason 2: The piezoelectric crystal of the UV flatbed printer is damaged, so that the nozzle does not emit ink. When the piezoelectric crystal is damaged, the nozzle does not spray ink, which requires replacement of the piezoelectric crystal. Follow the manufacturer's operating manual and replace it with the steps.


Solve the method of not printing ink on the UV flatbed printer nozzle:
