Many UV tablet machine novices do not know how to replace consumables, and ink is the most frequently replaced consumables for UV flatbed printers. When the ink runs out or needs to be replaced, there will always be some waste ink, which needs to be extracted. If it is not properly operated, it may be It will have a great impact on the printing effect of the picture. Today, Lecolor UV flatbed printer manufacturers will talk about the correct method of extracting waste ink.

    First, return the UV printer to the initial position, then pull the waste ink tube out of the waste ink bottle, insert the 50ML syringe into the waste ink tube, and pull the syringe backwards until the syringe is scrapped. After the ink is extracted, the waste ink tube is inserted into the waste ink bottle after the extraction is completed. What needs to be noticed here is the pull back force when the ink is used. When the power is not returned, the hand can be released, and the syringe cannot be pulled out immediately after the pumping.

Be sure to pay attention to the following three conditions when extracting waste ink:

One: If there is a leak in the waste ink, it is necessary to take care of the waste ink. This indicates that the UV flatbed printer cleaning system has a problem with the sealing, which needs to be replaced by a nozzle protector.

Two: If the ink bag is found to have air leakage when the ink is evacuated, this indicates that the ink bag of the flatbed printer is damaged and can no longer be used normally, and a new ink bag needs to be replaced;

Third: UV printers must be cleaned after each time the waste ink is removed. This avoids the phenomenon of “siphoning”, causing unnecessary loss of ink in the ink cartridge and contaminating the entire ink supply system.
