This trip was to train customers on printer technology knowledge and to understand the local market situation of customers. Mr. Thata and his family warmly entertained our team.
Thata wore a T-shirt with the locor logo and received his customers in a friendly manner. Coincidentally, his customers had high requirements for printing colors and were always debugging.
After understanding, technician Karl immediately helped Thata's customers to do color correction. The final design made the customer very satisfied, and he blurted out perfect.
