To clean the nozzle nozzle, steam water, non-hairy scrub cloth and a plate are required.
1. Soak the cloth with steamed water.
2. Gently suck (do not wipe) the nozzle at the bottom of the nozzle 3 to 5 times with a damp cloth.
Repeat the process for all nozzles to be cleaned. Each nozzle should use the clean area of the cloth to avoid mixing the nozzle color. Test the nozzle to see if the nozzle is blocked. If there is still a blockage, the steamed water can be slightly heated and placed in small amounts on the plate. (When the nozzle is placed on a plate, the water should not be higher than the bottom 2CM because it may leak behind the stamens.) ）
Erect the nozzle in warm water. Wait 30 seconds, drain the nozzle before testing.
Each nozzle should be cleaned with clean water. In addition, an ultrasonic cleaner can also be used to clean the nozzle.
To clean the stamens, you need alcohol and cotton to sign or not hairy scrub cloth.
Turn off the photo electromechanical source.
Soak the cloth or cotton with a clear wine.
Gently scrub the stamens behind the nozzle and attach dirt or ink.
Repeat this process for each nozzle to make sure that each nozzle is scrubbed with a clean part of the cloth or a clean cotton sign. Take the nozzle out of the small frame and gently scrub the contact strap on the frame with a clean wet cotton swab or wet cotton cloth. When the cleaning is complete, install the nozzle to make sure they are properly installed in place.
