How to maintain a piezoelectric photo machine that does not work for more than two days
If the piezoelectric photo machine is expected to be used for more than 48 hours, the ink in the nozzle must be cleaned. Otherwise, the ink in the nozzle will dry out due to the evaporation of the solvent, which may cause irreversible damage to the nozzle. The processing method is as follows:
1. Turn off the power of the photo machine.
2. Move the spray head to the leftmost cleaning position and place a corrosion-resistant container under the spray head to hold the cleaning waste.
3. Use a glass syringe to extract or directly pour out the ink in the sub-tank, then wash the sub-tank with a special cleaning solution.
4. Unplug the ink supply tube (from the secondary ink tank) on the nozzle, and then use a glass syringe to take 40ml of special cleaning solution to clean the nozzle for 2 times. Finally, do not blow off the cleaning liquid remaining in the nozzle. Be sure to leave enough cleaning liquid inside the nozzle because the cleaning solution can moisturize the nozzle.
5. Put the treated nozzle into a clean, corrosion-resistant container and seal it (with a cling film). It can be stored for about 1 month.
